Tom Grady is a partner in MSP Wellness, and since 2017 he has been operator of K2 Capital Group's Profile by Sanford franchise locations. Profile is a health and wellness, 1-on-1 coaching service with locations all over the U.S. with six locations in the Twin Cities. Profile is a science-based, doctor and registered dietician-developed program started by Sanford Health. Tom has more than two decades of experience in finance and commercial banking, but enjoys the fun and mission of Profile to help people with their health. Tom will be talking about the business side of the weight loss industry.
